This Slitting Machine is suitable for all types of web slitting such as BOPP,PET,CPP,Nylon,PE,PVC,Aluminum Foil,Paper,etc. It is mainly composited of shaft-less unwinding unit,hydraulic lift and down of web,EPC system, three-servo motor system,double rewinding slippery friction shafts. The maximum unwinding diameter is 800mm, while the maximum rewinding diameter is around 600mm. It has function of auto stop when reaching to the set meters. The maximum slitting speed can run to 500m/min
Features
Unwinding unit
- Unwinding mode:web adopts shaft-less mechanical cone clamping, unwinding width adjusted by hand rod and position hole, hydraulic loading to reduce labor intensity
- EPC of unwinding:it adopts imported analog EPC system to follow web edge or printing line, EPC photoelectric has minor adjustment function to make fast adjustment when machine runs, increasing efficiency
- Deviation adjustment device:unwinding alu roller has vertical adjustment device to make web running horizontally with guiding roller, ensuring accuracy of rewinding
- Unwinding tension detection:two tension sensors, one tension amplifier coordinates with one magnetic brake to realize unwinding tension
- Unwinding control:this machine has functions of start,stop,speed adjustment,remaining web of unwinder alarm and unwinding tension adjustment, synchronous with rewinder, display main motor speed and unwinding tension
- Unwinding web connection platform:this machine has design of inclined air pressured web connecting platform to fast changeover and enhance efficiency
Traction unit
- Traction drive:traction roller is driven separately by servo motor
- Traction roller:traction roller is corrected by dynamic and static balance, stable running,without vibration,suitable for high-speed running
- Traction impression roller:traction impression roller adopts rubber material with dynamic and static balance corrected, traction impression roller adopts pneumatic up&down,pressure adjustable
- Meter counting:adopt encoder to detect running length with high precision and resolution. Program has functions of total meters and auto stop when meters to reach set value
Slitting unit
- Slitting mode:adopt flat knives
- Blade groove roller:blade groove roller is cheated by hard anodized to enforce hardness and texture
- Blade holder quantity:cassette tool holder,with installment scale ruler,easy knife changing, standard 8pcs knives
- Transition guide roller:transition rubber roller with diamond crossed lines on surface to make the web flat when running in high speed
Trim blowing unit
- Trim blowing:wastage trim adopts wind suction form, when the trim separates from the knife, the duct will blow the trim outside by blower
Rewinding unit
- Rewinding mode:sidewall rewind unloading with 3inch slippery friction shaft, auto tension control
- Rewinding drive:rewinding is driven by servo motor
- Paper core position:IR paper core position technology to make sure accurate paper core position to reduce web loss, standard 8 groups
- Nip roller:use air cylinder control to rewinding nip roller, the pressure of nip roller adopts precision valve regulator to adjust, nip roller is rubber roller structure
- Assistant nip roller:assist contacting rewind roller, each 2pcs on upper rewinder and bottom rewinder
Electrical appliances and pneumatic unit
- Drive:driving adopts servo motor to combine servo controller to reach high precision speed
- Control:main motor adopts PLC, set running parameters to monitor running state in HMI
- Interface:the interface has function of storing parameters, it can store 10 different set parameters, convenient for operator to read and use, reducing set time
- Line layout:all electrical lines and pneumatic lines use closed layout to avoid malfunctions caused by human beings
- Pneumatic components:this machine has many automatic control, so the brands of pneumatic components and electrical appliances adopt famous brand in the whole world
