Product Description

 

New designed pin roller, is easy to replace the pin rings without waiting for temperature come down.

It is automatically come down and rise up when machine stop or start in order to avoide film break.
 

 

The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLCand it adopts  touch screen man-machine interface.

It is equipped with automatic meter counter.The length can be set according to specific needs.It will stop automatically when reaches the amount set.

Pnuematic Lift unwinder, suitable for jumbo rolls, max.diameter 1200mm.
with magnetic powder brake tension control.

Film Sample (with hot perforation hole application, you will get film like this with air breathing holes which is mainly used as CPP/ OPP flower bag packaging material or other vegetables.)
